Enterprise Service includes software installation and helped to configure web modules and desktop applications developed by Ovologics.
This service includes urgent priority email support service, takes 1 hour and 30 minutes session - to receive all requirements from our customers and to install or configurate web modules or desktop applications.
Ovologics team can help you with the whole process from the installation and up to creating new custom templates.
In order to start import process we'll be able to receive the following data:
- Detailed requirements regarding further import - it should be spreadsheet with all product details you'd like us to import to your remote database;
- Access to your Store Admin to check whether your import was successful;
- FTP details so we could login to your FTP to check
