Basic Service
Basic Service includes software installation and helped to configure web modules and desktop applications developed by Ovologics.
This service includes just one 30 minutes session - for requirements collecting and software installation or configuration and to fix small known issues.
Ovologics team can help you with the whole process from the installation and up to creating new custom templates.
In order to start import process we'll be able to receive the following data from you:
- Detailed requirements regarding further import - it should be spreadsheet with all product details you'd like us to import to your remote database;
- Access to your Store Admin to check whether your import was successful;
- FTP details so we could login to your FTP to check
When any customer orders current service we start work to help immediately. We do our best to assist with our web modules and desktop applications.
